Tom Yum is a type of hot and sour soup, traditionally containing prawns with its origin in Thailand. The words “tom yum” are derived from two Thai words. Tom refers to the boiling process, while yum means “mixed”. In our product we are using this as a marinade to incorporate maximum flavour in the prawns.

HOW TO USE

• Oven bake from frozen for 5 minutes.
• Braai from frozen for 8 minutes.
• Ideal for air frying.
