The batter is flavoured with spices like turmeric, cumin, chilli powder, and coriander, chunks of chicken or minced chicken or beef can be added. Bite-sized broccoli and cauliflower florets or sliced courgettes can be covered in the batter and fried. 

HOW TO USE

• Just add water and 1 medium peeled and boiled potato lightly smashed with a fork.
• Add ½ cup cooked corn kernels, or diced red peppers to batter before frying.
