Our Mexican style sweetcorn bread is a sweet, savoury and spicy cornbread. Beautifully paired with jalapeños in any format, fresh, pickled or smoked. nd red pepper bread has a hint of chilli and is easy to bake. 

HOW TO USE 

• Just add butter, free range eggs and cream style sweetcorn to the dry mix and bake for 50 minutes at 180˚. 
• Serve warm or cold as an accompaniment to any Mexican meal.
