Our Organic Penne Rigata is produced using traditional Italian methods with organic whole wheat durum wheat. 

The Felicetti family has been producing pasta since 1908 and recipes have been handed down over four generations. The pasta produced by the Felicetti family is made with expertly sourced organic durum wheat and spring water.

HOW TO USE

• The simple shape of penne rigata lends itself to both smooth and chunky sauces.
• Enrich organic tomato pasta sauce with some chilli or smoked pancetta, finished off with a dusting of Parmigiano Reggione.
