Pad Thai is one of Thailand’s national dishes, it literally translates to Thai-style fried noodle. These soft, flat noodles are traditionally made from rice and lends itself to stir-fries, soups and warm Asian- style salads.
HOW TO USE
- Loosen the noodles by soaking in a bowl of hot water for 2- 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Cook the noodles for 1- 2 min in boiling water, drain well.
- Rinse the noodles under cold water and drain well.
- Add to soup or stir-fry.
