Shaped using traditional bronze dies, this pasta develops a subtly textured surface that gently clings to sauce and is made from 100% premium durum wheat by a family‑owned producer established in 1930 in Corato, Puglia region in Southern Italy.
Paccheri is a large, tube-shaped pasta from Italy’s Campania region, prized for its versatility in rich sauces or stuffed dishes. Its wide, hollow tubes, available smooth or ridged, and sturdy texture help capture and hold hearty, flavourful ingredients.
HOW TO USE
- HOB – 16 MIN
- Bring 3 litres of water to the boil and add salt to taste.
- Add pasta and stir occasionally. Cook briskly for approximately 16 minutes or until “al dente”.
- Drain in a colander and pour pasta and sauce into a hot bowl. Serve hot.
- NOTE: Cooking times may vary. These cooking times are a guide only.
- Serve with a creamy tomato-based sauce, or a seafood sauce.
