Shaped using traditional bronze dies, this pasta develops a subtly textured surface that gently clings to sauce and is made from 100% premium durum wheat by a family‑owned producer established in 1930 in Corato, Puglia region in Southern Italy. 

Mafaldine Pasta is a ruffled ribbon‑shaped pasta, prized for its ability to hold sauce within its folds. 

 

HOW TO USE

  • Cook in boiling salted water for 7 min or until al dente. 
  • Ideal with delicate creamy sauces or chunky pestos. Finish with fresh herbs and finely grated Italian cheese.
  • Serve with cream-based sauces or chunky ragus.
