Our seasonal honey is available in three distinct varieties, each harvested at its peak moment of flavour and carefully selected to showcase the unique qualities of each specific flavour profile. 

Our Bluegum honey has a distinctive malty taste and the colour and flavour of the honey varies due to the many species of eucalyptus trees which supply the bees with their nectar

Our Orange Blossom honey is harvested by bees from the nectar of blossoming orange orchards and they produce honey with a delicate orange flavour and aroma.

Our Fynbos honey is light to very dark amber in colour, and the taste and smell vary with every crop.

• Do not refrigerate as the product will crystalise. 
• Crystallisation is a natural process that does not affect the quality of the honey. If crystals appear, place honey carefully in warm water.
