Our ginger has a distinctively hot and fragrant citrus flavour. This is the ingredient that makes those ginger biscuits taste just so more-ish! Ideal for baked goods, chais, and ginger beers, this ground ginger gives a milder flavour than fresh ginger when used in Asian and Indian cooking. 

HOW TO USE

• Use to refill your Ginger jar.
• Add powder to boiling water for a refreshing cup of ginger tea as well. Also complements any curry dish.
• If needed, substitute ¼ teaspoon ground ginger for 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
