RECIPE SUGGESTION
Butter Chicken Curry / Murgh Makhani
- Serves 2
- Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil ; 2 tbsp butter; 400 g Woolies Free Range Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into medium-sized cubes; 1/2 jar Butter Chicken Paste; 60 ml fresh pouring cream; 1 sachet Woolworths concentrated liquid chicken stock, mixed with 80 ml boiling water; Fresh coriander leaves to garnish (optional);
- Method: Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the chicken, fry for 3 minutes. Add paste and fry for 5 minutes. Add chicken stock and cook for 3 mins. Add cream and cook for a further 3 minutes. Season to taste if needed. Garnish with fresh coriander and Serve with basmati rice or naan and poppadums and any pickles and chutneys
