Blue Elephant Premium Thai Panaeng Curry Sauce is a rich, creamy and nutty curry infused with fragrant Thai lime leaves and sliced red chilli. Its gently spiced, slightly sweet flavour creates a beautifully balanced dish that pairs perfectly with jasmine rice, vegetables or your favourite protein, offering an authentic and comforting taste of Thailand.

HOW TO USE

• Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated. 
• Serves 2
• Just add 200 g chicken breast or any protein of your choice
• In a saucepan, add 1 pouch (300 g) of curry sauce. Bring to a boil.
• Add sliced chicken breast (200 g) or any protein of your choice (and more vegetables if you wish). Simmer until protein is cooked through.
• Best served with Thai Jasmine rice.
