Tamari is a Japanese style soy sauce made from fermented soybeans., without the addition of toasted wheat, typical to traditional soy sauce. Tamari soy sauce is therefore a gluten free alternative to connventional sauce.

• Add to dressings, marinades or stir-fries for extra umami taste
