This Japanese style sesame sauce is known as Goma Dare(pronounced as goma dahreh). Goma translating to sesame. It is often served next to a ponzu dipping sauce to contrast the creaminess.

HOW TO USE

• Ideal as a dipping sauce: For grilled meats and or vegetables.  Blanch your favourite green vegetables or Tenderstem® broccoli or green beans. Drain and toss in this sauce for a quick and tasty side dish. Ideal for dipping spring rolls.
• As a drizzle: Over crisp salads or freshly cooked noodles. 
• For a twist on the classic potato salad, blend sauce with some creamy mayo as a dre4ssing and top with thinly sliced green onion for garnish.
