Peanut Satay Sauce also known as ‘bumbu kacang’ or ‘sambal kacang’ is an Indonesian-style sauce made from ground peanuts. This sauce pairs perfectly with grilled, skewered meat or vegetables, or drizzled over salads.

HOW TO USE 

• Cube skinless chicken breast fillets and thread onto wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden brown on the outside. 
• To serve spoon over some Satay sauce and serve extra on the side as a dipping sauce. 
• Alternatively, drizzle over roasted butternut and quinoa salad for a perfect nutty and creamy finish.
