Mushrooms are the freshly spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus. We used whole white button mushrooms, known for its mild earthy flavour and paired them with garlic and thyme, added to the brine. 

HOW TO USE

• Drain and use in salads, stir fries or wraps. 
• Use as a topping for pizzas.
• Add to soups, sauces or stews. 
• Can be used as a substitute for protein in vegetarians or vegan dishes. 
• Once opened, decant unused contents into a lidded, non-metallic container. Refrigerate and use within one day.
