HOW TO USE

• Red Kidney Beans in water can be added to curries or soups.
• Use as part of fillings for wraps and sandwiches, 
• Add to salads. 
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Once opened, decant into a lidded, non-metalic container.
• Refrigerate and use within 3 days of opening.
