Albacore Tuna or White Tuna has a soft under belly that is known as Ventresca and is regarded as a delicacy. We have added lemon and black pepper to make this delicacy even tastier. This White Tuna is responsibly sourced and hand packed in olive oil to preserve its delicate taste.

HOW TO USE

• Use it to make appetizers or snacks with bread or crackers. 
• Use it in salads or straight out of the jar.
