Albacore tuna is the Thunnus Alalungus specie,  often referred to as white tuna. For this product the white tuna fillets are hand packed in olive oil for a delicious flavour and texture.

• Use it to make appetizers or snacks with bread or crackers. 
• Use it in salads or straight out of the jar.
