Shortbread is a traditional Scottish biscuit usually made from sugar, butter and flour.  Our All Butter Shortbread is made by one of Cape Town's oldest bakeries and has the most delicious melt-in-your-mouth texture. it has a light golden brown colour, and an irresistibly sweet, caramelised, and buttery flavour.
