Our three cheese bake is a rich, indulgent dish that blends a full fat brie known for its bloomy rind and buttery interior that becomes irresistibly gooey when baked. It is complimented by white cheddar, adding a sharper, slightly tangy depth that balances the richness, and lastly cream cheese which brings a smooth, velvety texture that ties everything together. A blend of full fat brie, medium fat cream cheese and 4 months matured cheddar, ready for baking.

HOW TO USE

• Air fry for 10 - 12 minutes
• Oven bake for 12 - 15 minutes
• Bake as per heating instructions, and serve with lightly steamed vegetables or fresh, crusty bread.
