Our Sosatie Spiced Pork Sausage is made with coarsely ground pork with Cape Malay spices, dried apricots, and red and green peppers. The red and green pepper fleks you see adds a natural colour variation and a mild, aromatic sweetness.

HOW TO USE

• Pan or air fry for 8-12 minutes
• Place on a braai grid 10cm above medium hot coals. Braai until browned and cooked through, turning frequently.
