We've slow-cooked these beef short ribs on the bone until tender, in a traditional gravy with carrots and celery for a flop-proof finish. Slow cooked to ensure the best flavour, tenderness and succulence.
HOW TO USE
- 15 minutes on stove top.
- Oven bake for 30 minutes
- Microwave for 10 minutes
- Serve with rainbow slaw, caperberry herb salsa and paprika butter pap.
- For the perfect "stywe" pap, add water, salt and butter to a pot, bring the pot to a boil and then add your pap to form a cone in the center. Do not stir, allow to simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes before using a fork to stir until crumbly, cover and simmer for an hour over low heat.
