Our Whole Snoek is lightly smoked for extra flavour. We've removed the backbone for your convenience. This species is caught off the New Zealand coastline. It has a light pinkish to white almost opaque flesh. 

HOW TO USE

• Braai or oven bake for 10 - 15 minutes
• Cooking instructions as per packaging.
• Ideal for braaing and smoking, which enhances the overall flavour of the fish.
• Serve with fresh green salad and warm ciabatta bread.
