Additionally, they are marinated in a sticky Monkey Gland sauce, our take on a traditional South African favourite. We make our own marinades from the finest ingredients for a delicious flavour and vacuum packed it for optimal flavour penetration. 
 

HOW TO USE

• Grill for 20 minutes
• Braai for 20 minutes
• Air fry for 18 minutes
