HOW TO USE

• Ideal for serving as wedges or halves.
• Trim the base, quarter or half, rinse upside down and drain. Serve with a robust dressing topped with toasted nuts or seeds. Alternatively, saute in a little vegetable stock for approximately 3-4 minutes or pre-grill over hot coals. Serve warm with your choice of toasted nuts.
