HOW TO USE

• Roast or puree for a delicious side.
• Cut the parsnips lengthways into fairly thick slices, rub with olive oil and roast until tender and golden brown. Cook a handful of sage leaves in melted butter until crispy. Drizzle sage butter ove char-grilled parsnips and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. Serve immediately.
