HOW TO USE

• With its full flavour and lack of pungency , black garlic is ideal for adding flavour to dishes that require a boost of umami. Black garlic makes rich and complex purees, sauces and flavoured butters. Saute in oil or butter and drizzle over steaks, fish or corn on the cob. Dice and add directly to pizzas or pastas for a delicious sweetness.
