Wild caught skin-on hake fillets in a delicious crispy tempura batter.

HOW TO USE

• Oven bake for 20 -25 minutes
• Air fry for 15 -18 minutes
• For a lovely “chip shop” experience at home, serve these hake fillets with thick cut potato chips, doused with vinegar and salt to taste. Whip up a quick tartar sauce by combining a generous dollop of mayonnaise, diced onion, diced gherkins, a spoonful of capers, and salt and pepper to taste. Add a fresh leaf salad with ripe tomatoes and crisp cucumber, and dinner is served!
