Made to indulge, our Banoffee Pie is the perfect marriage of chocolate (3 types!) and banana. Yup, we can be pretty extra when it comes to our desserts.
First, we lined the crisp shortcrust pastry case with white chocolate, filled it with a banana mousse, topped it with loads of little white chocolate mousse mounds and finished that beauty with dark chocolate shavings. All you have to do is thaw it, serve and soak up the oohs and aahs around the table!
