Chorizo is a Spanish signature and cured sausage made throughout Spain in a multitude of regional traditions and nuances. The meat is coarsely chopped and seasoned with herbs and spices ranging from nutmeg, oregano and paprika. The sausages are then cured, smoked and dried.
HOW TO USE
- To get the best flavour, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Fill small bowls with Woolworths olive oil tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
- Serve with a selection of Woolworths savoury biscuits or crusty Italian bread drizzled with olive oil. Garnish with wild rocket and grilled cherry tomatoes.
