Our Gluten Free Coconut Biscuit Mix is easy to bake and makes an ideal tasty teatime treat when sandwiched together with raspberry jam or lemon curd. These mini biscuits are also delicious on their own.
HOW TO USE
- Regular: Just add 80g melted butter, 1 large free range egg
- Vegan: Just add 80g melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon flaxseed / linseed flour mixed with 2.5 tablespoons water.
- Add cranberries or nut pieces for extra indulgence. Oven bake 12 – 17 min.
