Albacore Tuna or White Tuna has a soft under belly that is known as Ventresca. It is softer and more flavourful than any other section of the fish.
This White Tuna is responsibly sourced and hand packed in olive oil to preserve its delicate taste.

HOW TO USE

• Use it to make appetizers or snacks with bread or crackers. 
• Use it in salads or straight out of the tin.
