Suffice to say, these proud mountain vineyards still stand and yields some incredible fruit which is carefully blended with old vine vineyards on the flat land closer to the ocean. Here we present a tribute to the unlikely and the extraordinary. Expect to taste some soft and creamy minerality, baked apple and stone fruit flavours with a lingering finish.
