Our oak smoked Norwegian Salmon ribbons are ready to eat and traditionally cured in salt and brown sugar. Gently oak smoked to enhance the unique flavour before being expertly ribbon sliced by hand.
HOW TO USE
- Ready to eat
- Remove from sealed pouch at least 30 minutes before serving, and serve at room temperature for optimum flavour.
- Can be enjoyed with a squeeze of lemon, cracked black pepper and a handful of capers.
