The history of Boschendal is as rich and textured as this complex red blend. Named after one of the original land owners of Boschendal - Nicolas de Lanoy - who was known for his love of the land and wicked sense of humour, this wine is dedicated to the winemakers of yesteryear who loved the vineyards as much as they loved sharing its wines with family and friends. 

Nicolas presents a seamless blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiras, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Bright berry fruit freshness, distinctive white pepper spice, lush dark black cherry and dark chocolate integrate with finessed complexity, velvet tannins and elegant structure.
