  Drawing inspiration directly from the home kitchen, we produce these delights in smaller batches, prioritising the use of locally sourced ingredients.
  Our signature flaky pastry is the result of a dedicated two-day process. It's repeatedly folded and sheeted to create its characteristic delicate layers. Following this, the pastry is hand-twisted, twice-baked to golden perfection, and finally, hand-packed with care.
