Biscotti are twice-baked Italian cookies known for their distinctive oblong shape, dry texture, and intense flavour. Made with flour, sugar, free range eggs and almonds, our dough is shaped by hand and baked. After cooling, the logs are cut, baked for a second time for a characteristic double-crisp, and then packed by hand.
