Our traditional Christmas Iced Brandy Bar Fruit Cake is made with butter and expertly crafted with juicy vine fruits, azo-dye free glacè cherries and almonds.

We then steep the bar cake in brandy and top it with decadent, ground almond marzipan and icing.

HOW TO USE

• Remove all packaging and place cake on a flat surface. Slice with a hot, serrated knife in a sawing action. Cleaning the knife blade between slices helps prevent crumbling.
