Babylonstoren Mourvèdre Rosé is a dry, salmon-hued wine from South Africa, known for its fresh, fruity profile with notes of strawberry, rose petal, watermelon, and crushed pomegranate, balanced by a crisp acidity. Made from Mourvèdre grapes grown on the Simonsberg mountain, it's vinified in a Provençal style with minimal skin contact and cold fermentation in stainless steel, with some components aged in cement eggs and amphorae.

HOW TO USE

• This versatile wine is an excellent aperitif and pairs well with light salads, grilled seafood, and Mediterranean dishes.
