Our delicious sourdough flatbread crackers are proudly made by artisans from the Boland community. To achieve their characteristic flavour, the sourdough culture, stoneground flour, water, and yeast are slow-fermented for at least 8 hours. The dough is then mixed with olive oil and salt before being baked into these flavourful crackers.
HOW TO USE
- Enjoy as a snack, dip in salsa or pâté, serve with soup or add to a cheese platter.
