HOW TO USE

• Build a base of color for shimmer shades to pop against by blending a matte like UNWRITTEN, HAZE, or FOLLOW ME all over the lid and through the bridge with the #22 Blending Brush.
• Create a foiled effect by layering two shimmers.
• Press each shade onto the lid with fingertips for maximum color payoff.
• For a playful, monochromatic look in orchid tones, apply HAZE all over the lid, press FEELING IT onto the center of lid with fingertips, and lightly define the bridge with FOLLOW ME.
