HOW TO USE

• Shake: Shake the bottle well before use to mix the lipid (oil) and water phases until the liquid is a uniform blue.
• Saturate: Apply the solution to a cotton pad until it is well-moistened.
• Hold: Place the pad over your closed eye and hold it for a few seconds to allow the formula to break down the makeup.
• Sweep: Gently sweep the pad downwards and outwards. Repeat until all makeup is removed.
• Pro tip: You can also use a cotton swab dipped in Bi-Facil to quickly fix eyeliner or mascara smudges during application.
