HOW TO USE 

• Take a small amount of eyeliner with the brush. Wipe any excess product on the back of your hand or a tissue, then apply to eyelid
•  With the angled tip of the brush, trace a line along the base of the lashes, starting at the inner corner of the eye. Gradually thicken the line towards the outer corner of the eye.
• Extend the line outwards and slightly upwards, following the curve of the row of lashes, to make eyes look wider.
