HOW TO USE

• Stand the pouch upright in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. 
• Remove the cap and warm the pouch in the microwave on full power for 20 seconds. 
• Replace the cap and shake well. 
• Always check the temperature before feeding. 
• Do not add salt or sugar. Do not reheat.
