Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 mango, frozen
  • 1/2 cup double cream yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • roasted sunflower seeds, for topping
  • toasted coconut, for topping
  • blueberries, for topping
  • chia seeds or poppy seeds, for topping
  • granadilla, for topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. 
  2. Add more coconut water to thinner consistency if necessary.
  3. Divide between 4 serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
  4. Best when fresh. Leftovers can be kept in jars in the fridge for 1 - 2 days.
