Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 mango, frozen
- 1/2 cup double cream yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Coconut water
- roasted sunflower seeds, for topping
- toasted coconut, for topping
- blueberries, for topping
- chia seeds or poppy seeds, for topping
- granadilla, for topping

Cooking Instructions
- Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Add more coconut water to thinner consistency if necessary.
- Divide between 4 serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
- Best when fresh. Leftovers can be kept in jars in the fridge for 1 - 2 days.
