Cooking Instructions
Creamy butternut soup with butternut chunks, sorghum and amasi
- Place the butternut in the basket of an air-fryer, spray with olive oil spray and cook at 180º C for 20 minutes.
- Cook the sorghum according to package instructions.
- Heat the soup, top with the butternut and sorghum and drizzle with maas.
Loadshedding tip: Cook the butternut in the microwave or air-fryer, which takes just 12 minutes. Make extra butternut and freeze so you can defrost if before you make the soup.
