Ingredients
- 50 g Truffle cream
- 40 g Butter
- 400 g penne pasta

Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta as per instructions.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan, add the Truffle Cream and approximately 125ml of the water that the pasta was cooked in. Stir through.
- Pour in the drained pasta and stir through to allow the sauce to coat the pasta.
- Serve immediately with grated parmesan.
