- 500 g Woolworths Pickled Fish (hake)
- Pickled red onion petals
- 2 Woolworths Kalonji Seed Naan Breads – toasted in olive oil until golden brown
- 150 g labneh
- 300 g Woolworths Green Herb Slaw
- 100 g Woolworths Basil & White Balsamic Dressing

- 70 g salami

- 160 g Woolworths Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Dip
- 70 g prosciutto or Serrano ham
- 185 g rosemary crackers
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- Olive oil, for frying
- 320 g halloumi
- 100 g tomatoes on the vine
- 100 g baby cucumbers, cut into fingers

Method
- Place the toasted naan on the plate and spread the labneh on top.
- Top with pickled fish and the green herb slaw.
- Toss the green herb slaw with the basil and white balsamic dressing and add to the naan breads.
- Garnish with pickled onions, sprinkle with Crispy onion sprinkle, season with pepper and enjoy.

180 g Woolworths Basil Pesto Mayonnaise
Woolworths BBQ Chicken Pancakes 4-pack
100 g baby cucumbers, cut into fingers
100 g tomatoes on the vine
Method
- Heat the chicken nuggets and strips according to package instructions.
- Serve with basil pesto mayonnaise for dipping, along with crisp cucumber sticks, sweet tomatoes and moreish BBQ pancakes. This makes for a perfect after-school or weekend grazing platter for the kids.
Easy halloumi skewers (aka the last of summer)

Ingredients
320 g halloumi
Olive oil, for frying
2 nectarines, sliced
185 g rosemary crackers
70 g prosciutto or Serrano ham
160 g Woolworths Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Dip
70 g salami
Method
- Cut the Halloumi into blocks. Fry over medium heat in some olive oil until golden brown.
- Thread onto skewers with your favourite seasonal fruit (nectarines and plums will work well) and serve with delectable charcuterie, rosemary crackers and caramelized onion and balsamic dip. Happy munching!
