Ingredients
- 1 x 2 L Chuckles® Malt Dairy Ice Cream
- 1 x 200 g pack triple chocolate chip biscuits (or any biscuits you prefer)

Cooking Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream into a large reusable ziplock bag. Squash all the ice cream to the bottom of the bag. Remove any excess air and seal the bag.
- Roll the bag into a cylinder shape – the same size as the biscuits that you’re using. Wrap in clingfilm or tinfoil to hold the shape. Freeze overnight.
- Slice a portion of the ice cream cylinder as needed. Squish the Chuckles® ice-cream disc between your biscuits – and enjoy.
