Rosemary, smoked cheese

Ingredients

  • basil pesto
  • vine tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 6 baby potatoes, panfried and sliced
  • 2 Woolworths gluten-free pizza bases
  • 100 g Woolworths smoked Stanford cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grate the cheese over the pizza bases, then top with the baby potatoes, vine tomatoes and basil pesto. Season to taste. Bake for 10 minutes.
